By purchasing a ticket to Drywave (the “Event”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Attendance at the Event constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

IMPORTANT: Drywave is open to attendees of all ages. The Event features educational programming and product discovery, including sampling of alcohol-free (0.0% ABV) beverages and certain low-alcohol beverages containing more than 0.0% and up to 0.5% alcohol by volume (ABV). Sampling or consumption of beverages designated by Drywave as age-restricted, including low-alcohol beverages containing more than 0.0% and up to 0.5% ABV, is limited to attendees twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

ALL ATTENDEES MUST PRESENT VALID, GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION AT EVENT CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. WRISTBANDS OR OTHER CREDENTIALS WILL BE ISSUED BASED ON VERIFIED AGE. FAILURE TO PRESENT ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION MAY RESULT IN DENIAL OF ENTRY OR RESTRICTION FROM AGE-RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES AND DOES NOT ENTITLE THE ATTENDEE TO A REFUND, CREDIT, EXCHANGE, OR OTHER COMPENSATION.

1. Ticket Policy
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Drywave does not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, travel disruptions, personal circumstances, speaker cancellations, programming updates, age-related sampling restrictions, failure to present required identification, inability to participate in a particular sampling opportunity or experience, or dissatisfaction with the Event experience.

Tickets may be transferred up to twenty-one (21) days before the Event in accordance with Drywave ticket transfer procedures.

Drywave reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify the Event due to circumstances beyond its control, including weather, venue conditions, public safety considerations, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Drywave may determine remedies including rescheduling, credit toward a future event, or other solutions at its sole discretion.

2. Age, Identification and Beverage Sampling
Drywave is an educational and product-discovery event open to attendees of all ages. The Event may include educational programming, speakers, panel discussions, demonstrations, product discovery, hospitality experiences, and beverage sampling. The Event will feature a variety of beverages and products. These may include alcohol-free beverages containing 0.0% ABV as well as certain low-alcohol beverages containing more than 0.0% and up to 0.5% ABV. Sampling of alcohol-free products may be available to attendees of all ages, subject to individual product, exhibitor, ticket-tier, safety, and Event requirements.

Sampling or consumption of any beverage designated by Drywave as age-restricted, including low-alcohol beverages containing more than 0.0% and up to 0.5% ABV, is limited to attendees twenty-one (21) years of age or older who have successfully completed age verification and received the appropriate Event wristband or credential.
Drywave will administer its age-verification and sampling procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, local beer-permit requirements, venue policies, and Event policies.

All attendees, regardless of age, must present valid, government-issued photo identification at Event check-in for identity and age verification. Drywave will issue wristbands, credentials, or other age-designation identifiers based on verified age.

Attendees must wear and display the wristband or credential issued to them throughout the Event and may not transfer, exchange, alter, remove, reproduce, or otherwise misuse any wristband or credential. An attendee's age does not limit access to the Event generally but may limit the attendee's eligibility to sample certain beverages or products or participate in certain experiences. Drywave reserves the right to establish or enforce additional age restrictions for any beverage, product, activation, demonstration, or experience when required or deemed appropriate based on applicable law, regulation, permit requirements, venue policies, exhibitor requirements, product specifications, safety considerations, or Event policies.

3. Ticket Tiers and Sampling Eligibility
Drywave ticket tiers may provide different levels of access to Event programming, experiences, amenities, products, hospitality, and sampling opportunities. Higher-priced ticket tiers may include access to additional or premium beverage tastings, products, hospitality experiences, or other sampling opportunities that are not included with other ticket tiers.
Purchase of any ticket tier does not guarantee that an attendee will be eligible to consume or sample every beverage or product associated with that tier.

Eligibility for individual sampling opportunities may depend on the attendee's age, successful age verification, applicable laws or regulations, Event policies, venue or exhibitor requirements, product restrictions, product availability, capacity, health or safety considerations, or other applicable requirements.
Some products or experiences included within a ticket tier may be available to attendees of all ages, while others may be restricted to attendees twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

Attendees who are unable to participate in a sampling opportunity because of age, failure to provide acceptable identification, product restrictions, applicable regulations, or other eligibility requirements will not be entitled to a refund, partial refund, credit, substitute benefit, price adjustment, exchange, or other compensation.
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts that age or other eligibility requirements may limit access to certain sampling opportunities and that educational programming, product discovery, and other Event components remain part of the overall Drywave experience regardless of an attendee's eligibility to sample particular products.

4. Attendee Compliance and Enforcement
All attendees are required to comply with Drywave's identification and age-verification procedures, wristband and credential requirements, sampling restrictions, staff instructions, venue policies, exhibitor requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.

Attendees may not provide, transfer, obtain, purchase, or facilitate access to an age-restricted beverage or product for any individual who is not authorized to receive it.

Attendees may not misrepresent their age or identity, present identification belonging to another person, transfer or exchange an age-designated wristband or credential, or otherwise attempt to circumvent Drywave's age-verification or sampling controls.

Drywave reserves the right to deny access to any beverage, product, sampling opportunity, activation, or other Event experience when an attendee does not satisfy applicable eligibility requirements.
Violation or attempted circumvention of these requirements may result in confiscation or cancellation of credentials, restriction from Event activities, denial of further sampling, or removal from the Event without refund, credit, or compensation.

By attending Drywave, each attendee acknowledges that Drywave has established policies and procedures governing identification, age verification, credentials, sampling, and participation. Each attendee agrees to follow those policies and accepts responsibility for complying with all Event rules and restrictions applicable to their participation.

5. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at Drywave involves participation in a live event environment including exhibitions, tastings, beverage sampling, demonstrations, educational sessions, hospitality experiences, and experiential activations.
By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including risks of personal injury, illness, allergic reactions, adverse reactions to beverages or ingredients, property damage, or other harm.

6. Consumption of Beverages and Products at Your Own Risk
Drywave features alcohol-free beverages, low-alcohol beverages, functional beverages, and other consumable products that may include ingredients such as botanicals, adaptogens, nootropics, caffeine, herbal extracts, sweeteners, or other compounds that may affect individuals differently.

All consumption of beverages or products at the Event is voluntary and at your own risk and remains subject to applicable age, product, and Event restrictions.

You are solely responsible for reviewing available ingredient and product information and understanding your own health conditions, sensitivities, allergies, intolerances, and any potential interactions with medications or other substances you may be using.

Drywave does not screen or evaluate attendee health conditions and makes no representations regarding the suitability or safety of any product for any particular individual.
By consuming any product at the Event, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You assume responsibility for determining whether consumption is appropriate for you.

• Individual responses to functional or specialty ingredients may vary.

• Certain ingredients may produce physiological or psychological effects.

• Eligibility to sample a product does not constitute a representation by Drywave that the product is appropriate for you personally.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drywave shall not be liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, adverse effects, illness, or other outcomes arising from the voluntary consumption of a beverage or product at the Event.

7. Products Containing Low or Trace Amounts of Alcohol
Certain beverages featured at the Event may contain more than 0.0% and up to 0.5% alcohol by volume (ABV) or other trace amounts of alcohol.

Sampling or consumption of beverages designated by Drywave as age-restricted is limited to attendees twenty-one (21) years of age or older who have completed the Event's required age-verification process and received the appropriate wristband or credential.

Attendees who are eligible to sample such products remain responsible for reviewing product information and determining whether consumption aligns with their personal preferences, health circumstances, recovery or sobriety goals, religious beliefs, medications, or other individual considerations.

No attendee is required or expected to consume any beverage or product as a condition of participating in Drywave.

8. Health Conditions and Product Suitability
Certain products featured at the Event may not be appropriate for pregnant or nursing individuals, individuals with certain medical conditions, individuals taking prescription medications, or individuals with particular allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions.

Attendees are solely responsible for determining whether participation in an activity or consumption of a product is appropriate for their individual circumstances and should consult an appropriate healthcare professional when necessary.

9. Physical Activities and Assumption of Risk
Participation in any fitness, walking, running, wellness, recovery, or other physical activity is voluntary and undertaken at the attendee's own risk.

Attendees are solely responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating in any activity offered at the Event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drywave shall not be liable for injury, illness, medical conditions, or other harm arising from voluntary participation in such activities.

10. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Drywave, Open Current Media LLC, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, partners, venue operators, employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for injury, illness, allergic reaction, adverse reaction to beverages or ingredients, loss, damage, theft, property damage, financial loss, or other harm arising from or related to attendance at or participation in the Event, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Drywave and the foregoing affiliated parties from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Event.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Drywave and its affiliates for any claim arising out of or related to the Event shall not exceed the amount paid by the attendee for the applicable ticket.
Drywave shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy Policy
By registering for the Event, attendees acknowledge and agree to Drywave's Privacy Policy governing the collection, use, and protection of personal information.

The complete Privacy Policy is available on the Drywave website and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Communications Consent
By registering for the Event, attendees consent to receive Event-related communications regarding registration, schedules, programming updates, logistics, safety information, and attendee services.
Attendees may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time in accordance with applicable law.

14. Educational Content and Wellness Disclaimer
Drywave provides educational programming, panel discussions, demonstrations, and informational content related to alcohol and alcohol alternatives, wellness, behavioral health, nutrition, product discovery, and modern social culture.
All information presented at the Event is for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing presented at Drywave constitutes medical, psychological, nutritional, or other professional health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

Participation in sessions, demonstrations, or conversations with speakers or other participants does not create a professional, medical, therapeutic, or clinical relationship.

Attendees should consult appropriate professionals before making decisions related to alcohol consumption, abstinence, health, medications, nutrition, or lifestyle changes.

15. Exhibitor Demonstrations and Hospitality Activations
Beverage tastings, mixology demonstrations, product sampling, and hospitality experiences conducted within exhibitor booths or sponsored activations may be operated by exhibiting companies, vendors, sponsors, or other third parties.

Participation remains subject to Drywave's age-verification, wristband, credential, and sampling requirements regardless of the exhibitor or vendor conducting the activity.

Attendees who choose to participate do so voluntarily and at their own risk.

Drywave does not manufacture the third-party products being sampled and does not independently verify every ingredient, formulation, preparation method, product claim, or representation made by an exhibitor or vendor.
Exhibitors and vendors remain responsible for their own products, personnel, representations, demonstrations, and compliance obligations.

16. Exhibitor and Vendor Responsibility
Drywave does not manufacture or sell products or services offered by exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, or speakers unless expressly identified otherwise.

The presence of a product, brand, exhibitor, sponsor, vendor, or speaker at the Event does not constitute a representation or guarantee by Drywave regarding the safety, effectiveness, quality, suitability, or performance of any third-party product or service.

Any interaction, consultation, purchase, or voluntary consumption involving a third-party product or service is between the attendee and the applicable third party, subject to Drywave's Event policies and participation requirements.

17. Emergency Medical Assistance
If an attendee experiences a medical emergency during the Event, Drywave and its representatives may seek emergency medical assistance on the attendee's behalf.

The attendee remains responsible for resulting medical costs, treatment expenses, transportation charges, and other related expenses to the extent permitted by law.

18. No Guarantee of Results
Drywave is an educational and experiential event intended to introduce attendees to a variety of products, perspectives, information, ideas, and approaches related to modern drinking culture, alcohol alternatives, health, wellness, and social experiences.

Drywave does not guarantee any specific outcome, behavioral change, health benefit, product result, or other result from attending the Event.

Individual experiences and outcomes will vary.

19. Photography, Video and Media Release
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.

By attending Drywave, you grant Drywave and its authorized partners the right to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, or appearance in photography, video, Event materials, promotional materials, advertising, digital media, and future marketing without compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

Official photography, video, and recorded content produced by or on behalf of Drywave remains the property of Drywave or its applicable rights holder.

20. Content Use and Commercial Filming
Photography and video for personal, non-commercial use may be permitted unless otherwise restricted by Event staff, the venue, speakers, exhibitors, or applicable policies.

Commercial photography, filming, live streaming, media interviews, promotional use, or broadcast from the Event requires prior written approval from Drywave.

Unauthorized commercial activity, solicitation, filming, or promotion within the Event venue may result in removal from the Event without refund.

Drywave trademarks, branding, Event names, logos, programming formats, and visual assets may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent.

21. Event Credentials and Wristbands
All attendees must wear their official Drywave wristband or Event credential as directed while inside the Event venue or participating in Drywave programming.

Wristbands or credentials may identify an attendee's age-verification status, ticket tier, access level, or eligibility for particular Event experiences.

An age-verification wristband or credential does not guarantee access to every sampling opportunity. Individual experiences remain subject to ticket tier, product availability, capacity, exhibitor requirements, safety considerations, applicable regulations, and other Event restrictions.

Entry to the Event or participation in particular activities may be denied without the required credentials.
Wristbands and credentials may not be transferred, exchanged, altered, reproduced, or provided to another attendee.
Lost, removed, altered, or damaged wristbands may not be replaced at the discretion of Event staff.
Drywave reserves the right to deny participation or remove individuals who fail to comply with credential or wristband requirements.

22. Code of Conduct
Drywave is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Attendees must behave appropriately and comply with Event policies, staff instructions, venue rules, and applicable laws.

Prohibited behavior includes harassment, discrimination, disruptive conduct, unsafe behavior, excessive intoxication, providing age-restricted products to unauthorized attendees, attempting to circumvent age-verification procedures, property damage, unauthorized solicitation, or violations of venue policies or applicable laws.

Drywave reserves the right to refuse admission, restrict participation, discontinue sampling privileges, or remove an individual from the Event without refund for behavior determined to violate these requirements or otherwise create safety, legal, operational, or compliance concerns.

23. Participation in Event Activities
Drywave reserves the right to limit or refuse participation in presentations, demonstrations, sampling opportunities, experiences, hospitality activations, or other Event activities for age-verification, safety, legal, regulatory, operational, capacity, product-availability, ticket-tier, or logistical reasons.

Access to any particular activity, product, speaker, demonstration, sampling opportunity, or experience is not guaranteed.

24. Outside Food and Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the Event venue unless required for medical reasons or otherwise authorized by the venue or Drywave.

Food and beverage service within the venue will be provided by authorized venue partners, exhibitors, or approved vendors.

25. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.

Drywave is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property to the fullest extent permitted by law.

26. Ticket Resale
Tickets may not be resold or distributed for commercial purposes without the written consent of Drywave.

Drywave reserves the right to invalidate tickets resold or distributed in violation of these Terms.

27. Accessibility and Accommodations
Attendees requiring accommodations due to disability or other accessibility needs are encouraged to contact Drywave in advance.

Drywave will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests in accordance with applicable law but cannot guarantee that every requested accommodation will be available.

28. No Endorsement
The participation of speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, brands, or partners does not constitute endorsement by Drywave of any product, service, treatment, claim, opinion, recommendation, or viewpoint.

Likewise, participation in Drywave does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of Drywave by any speaker, exhibitor, sponsor, vendor, brand, organization, or partner.

29. Program, Product and Speaker Changes
Drywave reserves the right to modify speakers, programming, schedules, Event layouts, demonstrations, participating brands, products, sampling opportunities, activations, and Event experiences at any time.
Speaker participation, exhibitor attendance, product availability, demonstrations, sampling opportunities, and individual Event experiences are not guaranteed.

Changes to speakers, brands, products, programming, sampling opportunities, or Event experiences do not entitle an attendee to a refund, partial refund, credit, or other compensation.
30. Intellectual Property

Drywave, Open Current Media, Event names, logos, trademarks, graphics, content, materials, and related intellectual property are owned by their respective owners and may not be used, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without applicable authorization or prior written consent.

31. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Event and associated content, programming, products, demonstrations, experiences, materials, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Drywave disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

32. Force Majeure
Drywave shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, venue issues, utility failures, acts of God, or other force majeure events.

33. Compliance with Venue and Event Policies
All attendees must comply with rules, safety policies, security procedures, identification requirements, wristband requirements, and other procedures established by Drywave and the host venue.

Drywave may modify or implement reasonable Event procedures when necessary to address legal, regulatory, safety, security, venue, or operational requirements.

Failure to comply with applicable policies or instructions may result in restriction from particular activities or removal from the Event without refund.

34. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Event or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law. Arbitration shall take place in Davidson County, Tennessee.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class arbitration against Drywave.

35. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

36. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
